Elevate any gathering with this perfect appetizer – a bold blend of delicious crab meat, spices and irresistible melted cheese. Crafted for flavor satisfaction, it’s a no-nonsense dish for those who appreciate a hearty bite packed with the unmistakable taste of Williams.


1 (8 oz) pkg Cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour cream
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 pkg Williams Chicken Chili Seasoning
1/4 cup Water
1 (12 oz) can Lump crab meat, drained
Chopped fresh chives, for garnish
Crackers, baguette slices, or tortilla chips for serving


Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 cup of cheese, Williams Chicken Chili Seasoning and water in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook until cream cheese has melted and mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and fold in crab meat

Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread into an even layer. Top with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling around the edges, about 20-25 minutes. Garnish with chives and serve.

Tip: If you cannot find lump crab meat, you can easily substitute with imitation crab meat or a less expensive back fin crab meat!
