This veggie-style comfort food will excite your tastebuds with the bountiful flavors of fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked pasta, and Williams Spaghetti Sauce Seasoning. **Disclaimer: Not Vegetarian or Vegan Friendly due to Beef Broth in ingredients.
1 can (15.5 oz) Great Northern beans, drained
2 cans (14.5 oz) beef broth
1 can (16 oz) whole tomatoes
2 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, diced
1 pkg Williams Spaghetti Sauce mix
2 cups water
1 pkg (20 oz) frozen green beans
1 zucchini, sliced
1 1/2 cups penne pasta
Grated Parmesan cheese
Combine first 8 ingredients in a 4-quart pan. Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add green beans and zucchini and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
Bring soup back to boiling and add pasta. Cook for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle each serving with grated Parmesan cheese.
