Take a traditional Mexican recipe and give it a Williams twist by enliving with any of our many Taco Seasonings. Zest it up by adding any fresh garnish such as cilantro, jalapeno, or even queso.
1 lb bulk Italian sausage
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (14.5 oz)
1 cup thick and chunky salsa
1 pkg Williams Tex Mex Chili Seasoning
2 cans chili beans (15.5 oz)
Shredded Cheddar cheese, optional
Cook sausage in large skillet over medium hear until sausage is browned, stirring to crumble; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer 15 minutes.
Ladle into bowls and top each serving with cheese, if desired.
And yes, it is okay to use another flavor of Williams Chili Seasoning Mix if you want.
Makes 6 servings.
