Preparation Instructions:

Yield: 6-8 servings

  1. Stir in 1 package MEATLOAF SEASONING into 3/4 cup water and 1 beaten egg.
  2. Blend into 2 lbs. ground beef (or 1 lb. beef, 1/2 lb. veal, 1/2 lb. pork).
  3. Shape into loaf and place in greased pan.
  4. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour.

 

Hamburgers:

  1. 1. Mix 1 package MEATLOAF SEASONING with 3/4 cup water.
  2. Blend into 2 lbs. ground beef.
  3. Mold into patties; broil, grill, or fry.

 

Meatballs:

  1. Mix 1 package MEATLOAF SEASONING with 1 beaten egg.
  2. Blend into 1 lb. ground beef.
  3. Mold into meatballs and fry or bake.
