Topped with a Williams Specialty Tex Mex Mayo Sauce recipe and seasoned with Williams Chili, this quick to fix Southwest Bunkhouse Burger is one you will have to share with friends.
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 pkg. Williams Chili Seasoning, any flavor
Salt, to taste
6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
6 slices Cheddar cheese
Tex Mex Mayo
Preheat grill to medium-high. Stir Williams Chili Seasoning into beef, blending well; shape into 6 patties.
Grill meat over hot coals about 5 to 7 minutes per side or until fully cooked and meat thermometer registers 160 degrees. Season cooked patties with salt, to taste.
Place cooked beef patty on a bun, top with cheese, salsa and Tex-Mex Mayo.
