1 tbsp Olive oil
1 large Yellow onion, chopped
1 lb Ground beef
1 (8 oz) can Tomato sauce
1 cup Water
1 (15 oz) can Black beans, drained and rinsed
2 pkg Williams Original Chili Seasoning
1 lb Macaroni pasta, cooked
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in a large dutch oven or large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until completely browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess oil.
Add tomato sauce, water, beans and Williams Original Chili Seasoning to the pot and simmer until reduced by half, about 15 minutes.
Mix together chili and macaroni until combined. Transfer mixture evenly into a 9×13 casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
