You don’t need the beach to feel like you’re in a tropical paradise. This tropical glaze will turn any of the Williams Chili Seasonings into a summer treat, try it with our Chipotle Chili seasoning for a little extra kick.
2 tbsp. butter or margarine
1 cup orange juice
1 pkg. Williams Chili Seasoning, any flavor
1 jar apricot preserves (10 oz)
1/2 tsp. salt
Place butter and orange juice in a small saucepan. Heat until orange juice boils and butter melts. Remove from heat. Stir in Williams Chili Seasoning. Blend in apricot preserves and salt. Blend until preserves melt.
Use as a glaze for chicken or pork. Brush glaze over meat during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
