 Ingredients
 1 1/2 – 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast
 1 pkg Williams Taco Seasoning
 1 cup chicken broth
 1 can chopped green chilies, drained (4 oz)
 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
 1/2 cup chunky salsa
 1/4 cup sour cream
 2 tbsp minced cilantro
 tortilla chips or warm flour tortillas
 Diced tomatoes, sliced jalapenos or other favorite toppings, optional
 
 PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
 1. Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Season with Taco Seasoning. 2. Pour chicken broth over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, or until chicken is tender and fully cooked.
 3. Remove chicken and drain; discard liquid. Shred chicken and return to slow cooker. Add green chilies, cheese, salsa, sour cream and cilantro; stir well. Cover and cook on low for 30 minutes.
 4. Serve on tortilla chips or spoon into warm flour tortillas. Top, as desired.
 Tip: For a spicier dish, use our Williams Chipotle Taco or Williams Tex Mex Taco in this recipe.

INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
6 6″ corn tortillas, coarsely chopped
1 large onion, chopped
6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 can crushed tomatoes (29 oz)
6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 pkg. Williams Taco Seasoning, any flavor
2 tbsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1 medium zucchini, halved and thinly sliced
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Crushed tortilla chips

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add tortillas, onion, garlic and cilantro. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

Stir in tomatoes, chicken broth, Williams Taco Seasoning mix, cumin, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Add zucchini and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. Stir in cooked chicken and heat through.

Garnish with cheese and tortilla chips.

INGREDIENTS
2 Pita bread, split into round halves
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 can (15 ounces) Tomato sauce
1 can (6 ounces) Tomato paste
1 can (4 ounces) Sliced Mushrooms, drained
1 pkg. Williams Spaghetti Sauce
1lb Pork sausage, Italian or regular, fully cooked and drained
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella cheese

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400F. Place pita halves on baking sheet. Sprinkle each half with 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly toasted.

In a medium saucepan, combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms, and Spaghetti Sauce. Cook, over medium heat, stirring frequently, until heated through.

Spread sauce over each pita bread half. Top with sausage and mozzarella. Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Yield: Seasons approximately 2 lbs. of chicken wings ( 24 small pieces or 10-12 full wings .)
Preheat oven to 400°F. Rinse chicken wings and empty seasoning packet into plastic bag or container.
Dip chicken in milk or buttermilk to moisten
Place chicken pieces in container of Spicy Wings Seasoning and toss to evenly coat wings. (with the same seasoning remaining in the container, you may wish to repeat steps 3 and 4).
Place chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Lightly coat seasoned wings with non-stick cooking spray
Bake in the lower half of the oven for 30-40 minutes or thoroughly cooked. Drain on paper towels. Variations:
Deep Fat Fry: Deep fry chicken at 350° until golden brown and thoroughly cooked. Drain on paper towels.
To Pan Fry: Pan fry chicken wings in oil over high heat till golden brown. Reduce heat and continue frying until thoroughly cooked. Drain on paper towels.
