Our Company Code of Conduct requires employees to comply with all laws prohibiting human trafficking and force labor domestically and around the world. All employees have received and signed off on the Company Code of Conduct and there are internal accountability standards and procedures for employees who fail to abide by the Company Code of Conduct. We have not yet conducted specific training for those directly involved in our supply chain management on human trafficking and slavery. In the near future, we will begin asking our suppliers to self-certify that they are not engaged in human trafficking or forced labor. It is also important to note that over 90% of our raw ingredient supply is sourced from U.S. suppliers.
