2 tsp Olive oil
1 lb Ground beef
1 pkg Williams Taco Seasoning
1 (16-oz) can Refried beans
1 1/2 cups Guacamole, store-bought or homemade
1 1/2 cups Sour cream
2 cups Shredded Mexican-style cheese
2 cups Shredded iceberg lettuce
3 Plum tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 (6-oz) can Sliced black olives, drained
Tortilla chips, for serving
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon as it cooks. Cook for about 5-8 minutes, until beef is cooked through and begins to brown. Stir in Williams Taco Seasoning until combined, about 1 minute. Remove from heat.
Spread refried beans evenly over the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with even layers of ground beef mixture, guacamole, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
Garnish with black olives. Serve with chips.
