INGREDIENTS
2 lbs. ground beef, turkey or chicken
1 medium onion, chopped
2 pkg. Williams Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix
1 can tomato sauce (8 ounces)
1 can tomato paste (6 ounces)
3 to 6 tbsp. hot wing sauce
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
12 slider buns, split and toasted
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup bleu cheese crumbles
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. hot wing sauce
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Cook ground beef with onion in a large skillet over medium high heat until browned, stirring to crumble beef; drain.
Add Williams Sloppy Joe seasoning mix, tomato sauce, tomato paste, desired amount of hot wing sauce, and vinegar; blend well. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine sour cream, bleu cheese, celery, green onion and hot wing sauce. Spoon sloppy Joe mixture on bottom of bun. Spread sour cream mixture on top bun and place on top of sandwich.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups of uncooked rotini or macaroni
1 pkg. Williams Spaghetti Sauce Mix
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup bottled Italian salad dressing
2 cups of chopped and, cooked chicken
2 cups of diced fresh vegetables, such as carrots, broccoli, peppers, etc.
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Cook pasta according to package directions in boiling, salted water; drain.
Blend Williams Spaghetti Sauce into boiling water; stir to dissolve, then allow to stand 1 to 2 minutes. Stir Spaghetti Sauce mixture into dressing.
Place cooked pasta, chicken and vegetables in salad bowl. Drizzle with Spaghetti Sauce-dressing mixture and toss to coat.
Serve immediately or cover and chill for several hours.
Serve on lettuce-lined plates, if desired.
