Ingredients 
1 (32-oz) bag Frozen tater tots
2 tsp Olive oil
1 lb. Ground Mexican chorizo
1 (15-oz) can Black beans, drained and rinsed
1 pkg Williams Taco Seasoning
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Sour cream
1 large Hass avocado, sliced
1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
2 Radishes, thinly sliced

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the tater tots in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake, flipping tater tots halfway through, until golden-brown and crisp, about 25-30 minutes.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chorizo and cook, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon. Cook for about 5-8 minutes, until chorizo is cooked through and begins to brown. Stir in the black beans and Williams Taco Seasoning, and cook until hot, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Top the tater tots with the chorizo mixture and cheese. bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Top with the sour cream, avocado, cilantro and radishes. Serve.

Tip: Substitute ground pork or ground beef for chorizo!

Ingredients

1 tbsp Olive oil, plus more for brushing grates
2 lbs. Ground beef
1 (15-oz) can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (8-oz) can Tomato sauce
1 (14.5-oz) can Diced tomatoes
1 pkg Williams Original Chili Seasoning
16 Hot dog buns
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1 small Red onion, finely diced
1 (12-oz) jar Pickled jalapeño slices

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the beef, and cook, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon. Cook for about 8-12 minutes, until beef is cooked and begins to brown. Stir in the beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and Williams Original Chili Seasoning, and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until flavors develop, about 15 minutes. Keep warm over low heat.

Meanwhile, heat grill to medium-high heat and brush the grates with oil. Grill the hot dogs, turning occasionally, until fully heated through and char marks appear, about 5-8 minutes. Place the hot dogs in buns. Top with chili, cheese, red onion and jalapeño. Serve.

Ingredients

1 tbsp Olive oil
1 large Yellow onion, chopped
1 lb. Ground beef
1 (8 oz) can Tomato sauce
1 cup Water
1 (15 oz) can Black beans, drained and rinsed
2 pkg Williams Original Chili Seasoning
1 lb. Macaroni pasta, cooked
1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in a large dutch oven or large pot over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and cook until completely browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess oil.

Add tomato sauce, water, beans and Williams Original Chili Seasoning to the pot and simmer until reduced by half, about 15 minutes.

Mix together chili and macaroni until combined. Transfer mixture evenly into a 9×13 casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 10-15 minutes.

Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
