This fiery, one-pot wonder is ready in just 26 minutes! Our One-Pot Creamy Chicken and Tomato Pasta infuses delicious comfort with grated Parmesan and the zing of crushed red pepper flakes. Whether it’s a busy weeknight or an evening craving, this fan-favorite delivers a mouthwatering escape.
3-4 cups Water
1 (14-oz) can Diced tomatoes
1/2 box (8 oz) Penne or Ziti
1 pkg Williams Spaghetti Sauce Mix
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for serving
4 cups Packed baby spinach, or stemmed and chopped kale
3 cups Shredded rotisserie chicken
3 tbsp Chopped fresh basil
1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
Combine the 3 cups water, tomato, pasta, Williams Spaghetti Sauce Mix and garlic in a large, wide Dutch oven or pot over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until pasta is almost tender, adding more water as needed, about 8-10 minutes.
Stir in the cream cheese and Parmesan until a thick sauce forms, about 1-2 minutes. Add the spinach and chicken, and cook until spinach is wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
Top with basil, crushed red pepper flakes and more Parmesan before serving.
