INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp. butter or margarine
4 green onions, sliced
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 pkg. Williams Country Gravy Mix
4 cups milk
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
6 to 8 potatoes, cooked, peeled and cubed

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter or margarine in large skillet. Add green onions and peppers. Saute until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in parsley. Add Country Gravy Mix and milk. Heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot. Stir in cheese and heat until melted. Place potatoes in a buttered 3-quart casserole dish. Pour gravy and cheese mixture over potatoes. Bake at 350° F for 30 to 45 minutes.
