These pizza snacks top English muffin halves with homemade pizza sauce made from tomato sauce and Williams Spaghetti Sauce Seasoning Mix, plus mozzarella and your favorite toppings. Preheat oven to 400oF. Place pita halves in baking sheet.
Sprinkle each half with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese.
Bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly toasted.
In a medium sauce pan, combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms, and Spaghetti Sauce.
Cook, over medium heat, stirring frequently, until heated through.
Spread sauce over each pita bread half.
Top with sausage and mozzarella.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
