This easy minestrone combines diced vegetables, cannellini beans, tomatoes, and broth with Williams Spaghetti Sauce Mix for authentic Italian flavors that taste slow-simmered but come together quickly. Combine first 8 ingredients in a 4-quart pan.
Heat to boiling, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add green beans and zucchini and continue cooking for 15 minutes.
Bring soup back to boiling and add pasta.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle each serving with grated Parmesan cheese.
