This Italian pasta chicken salad combines pasta with grilled chicken, tomatoes, mozzarella, and olives in a dressing made with olive oil, red wine vinegar, and Williams Spaghetti Sauce Mix. The sauce mix provides authentic Italian herb flavors that develop and improve overnight, perfect for summer entertaining or meal prep.

Cook pasta according to package directions in boiling, salted water; drain.
Blend Williams Spaghetti Sauce into boiling water; stir to dissolve, then allow to stand 1 to 2 minutes.
Stir Spaghetti Sauce mixture into dressing.
Place cooked pasta, chicken and vegetables in salad bowl.
Drizzle with Spaghetti Sauce-dressing mixture and toss to coat.
Serve immediately or cover and chill several hours.
Serve on lettuce-lined plates, if desired.
