This buffalo chicken dip combines shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and cheddar with Williams Original Taco Seasoning Mix for layered flavor that goes beyond basic hot sauce. Preheat conventional oven to 350°F.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, Williams Original Taco Seasoning Mix and Buffalo sauce in a large bowl. Fold in chicken and 2 cups of cheddar until evenly distributed.
Transfer mixture to deep 9×9-inch baking dish or 10-inch cast iron skillet and top with remaining cheddar and blue cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted and edges are bubbling, about 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool at least 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with green onions, and serve with celery and crostini.
