Our fiery 7-layer dip is the ultimate crowd-pleaser, combining layers of creamy goodness, fresh veggies, and bold Williams Taco Seasoning. Dive into this tailgate classic and taste the victory!
16 oz Cream cheese, softened
2 cups Sour cream
2 pkgs Williams Original Taco Seasoning Mix
1 cup Buffalo sauce
4 cups Cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or grilled)
3 cups Shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup Crumbled blue cheese
Chopped fresh green onions, for garnish
Celery sticks, for serving
Crostini, for serving
Preheat conventional oven to 350°F. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, Williams Original Taco Seasoning Mix and Buffalo sauce in a large bowl. Fold in chicken and 2 cups of cheddar until evenly distributed. Transfer mixture to deep 9×9-inch baking dish or 10-inch cast iron skillet and top with remaining cheddar and blue cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted and edges are bubbling, about 25-30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool at least 10 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions, and serve with celery and crostini.
