This Cheesy Chili Pasta Bowl can be as versatile as you want as any of our Williams Chili Seasonings makes this dish taste delicious. We reccomend the Chipotle Chili Seasoning for a bit of sweet savoury spice.
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, turkey or chicken
1 small onion, chopped
1 can chili beans (15.5 oz)
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies (14.5 oz)
1 can enchilada sauce (10 oz)
1 pkg. Williams Chili Seasoning, any flavor
3 cups cooked pasta shells
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to crumble; drain.
Stir in chili beans, diced tomatoes and green chilies, enchilada sauce, and Williams Chili Seasoning. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes.
Add pasta to mixture and heat 3 minutes.
Add cheese and stir until melted and well blended. Serve in bowls.
