This award winning Chili is a must make dish for everyone in the whole family, just like as the name states even the kiddos will be asking for seconds. Use a packet of our Williams Chili Seasoning, mix in the delicious aromatic flavors of vegetables, and the zest of a mix sauces, and viola! A meal the whole family will be begging for more.
2 lbs ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 ribs celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilis
2 cans (10.75 oz each) tomato soup
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
1 pkg Williams Chili Seasoning Mix
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cook ground beef, onion, celery and green pepper in a 5-quart Dutch oven over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned; drain.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
Good Idea: Chili Pasta! Cook rigatoni, macaroni or other favorite pasta in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Spoon hot Chili Kids Love over cooked pasta. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
