These chili stuffed potato skins fill crispy baked potato shells with seasoned ground beef chili made with Williams Chili Seasoning, then top with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and green onions. All the comfort of loaded potato skins with hearty chili filling that makes them a complete meal.

Slice potatoes in half.
Scoop out potato, leaving a 1/4-inch shell.
Use reserved potatoes for other use.
Meanwhile, brown ground beef; drain.
Add tomato paste, water and Williams Chili Seasoning.
Allow to simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spoon 2-3 tablespoons chili into each potato skin.
Top with 1 tablespoon cheese.
Reserve remaining cheese for garnish.
Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 10 minutes.
Top each stuffed potato skin with 1 tablespoon sour cream; garnish with green onions and reserved cheese.
