Make any game day tasty with these Chili-Stuffed Potato Skins. Take a packet of our Original Williams Chili Seasoning, mix with the ground beef of your choice, and lather it on a warm baked potato. The cheese pull game on these savory skins will be one hundred percent instagram worthy.
8 baking potatoes, baked
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
2/3 cup water
1 pkg. Williams Chili Seasoning, any flavor
1 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
Sliced green onions
Slice potatoes in half. Scoop out potato, leaving a 1/4-inch shell. Use reserved potatoes for other use.
Meanwhile, brown ground beef; drain. Add tomato paste, water and Williams Chili Seasoning. Allow to simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spoon 2-3 tablespoons chili into each potato skin. Top with 1 tablespoon cheese. Reserve remaining cheese for garnish.
Bake in preheated 375°F oven for 10 minutes. Top each stuffed potato skin with 1 tablespoon sour cream; garnish with green onions and reserved cheese.
