1 lb (16 ounces) Farmland Special Select Pork Roll Sausage
2 Green Onions, sliced
1/4 cup of each chopped green pepper, and sweet red pepper
1 cup Frozen southern style hash brown potatoes, partially thawed
1 pkg (2 1/2 ounces) Williams Country Gravy Mix
1 cup Milk
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Slices mushrooms
Crumble and cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until well browned. Drain and reserve 2 tablespoons of drippings in skillet. Set cooked sausage aside.
Add green onions and chopped pepper to drippings in skillet; saute until vegetables are tender. Add hash brown potatoes; saute 2-3 minutes. Cover, reduce heat and cook 5-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Meanwhile, combine Country Gravy Mix, milk, and water in sauce pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Stir mushrooms and cooked sausage into vegetables in skillet. Blend 1/2 cup prepared gravy. Cover and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve Country Sausage Skillet with additional Country Gravy.
