Looking for a marinade to really heat up your next grill session, than this Firecracker Marinade is just for you. Recipe calls for Williams Chili Seasoning and a beer, but we all know a second is reccomended for the grill master as well.

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. Williams Chili Seasoning, any flavor
1 can beer (12 oz), at room temperature OR beef broth
2 tbsp. hot pepper sauce

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Combine Williams Chili Seasoning, beer and hot pepper sauce; stir well to blend. Place choice of meat in a re-sealable plastic bag and pour beer mixture over to coat. Seal bag and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.

Drain and discard marinade and cook meat as desired.

Good Idea: Try marinating some veggies in this for a couple hours; onions, zucchini, squash, bell peppers, eggplant, etc. Then grill away!
