Take a traditional Mexican recipe and give it a Williams twist by enliving with any of our many Taco Seasonings. Zest it up by adding any fresh garnish such as cilantro, jalapeno, or even queso.
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 pkg Williams Chili Seasoning
1 jar (26 oz) tomato basil spaghetti sauce (or tomato, basil and garlic)
1 can (15.5 oz) chili beans
Cook ground beef, onion and celery in large Dutch oven over medium-high heat until beef is browned, stirring frequently to crumble beef; drain.
Stir in Williams Chili Seasoning and spaghetti sauce; simmer 30 to 60 minutes. Stir in chili beans and heat through.
Makes 4 servings.
