1 tbsp Olive oil, plus more for brushing grates
2 lbs Ground beef
1 (15-oz) can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (8-oz) can Tomato sauce
1 (14.5-oz) can Diced tomatoes
1 pkg Williams Original Chili Seasoning
16 Hot dog buns
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1 small Red onion, finely diced
1 (12-oz) jar Pickled jalapeño slices
Heat oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the beef, and cook, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon. Cook for about 8-12 minutes, until beef is cooked and begins to brown. Stir in the beans, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and Williams Original Chili Seasoning, and bring to a simmer over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until flavors develop, about 15 minutes. Keep warm over low heat.
Meanwhile, heat grill to medium-high heat and brush the grates with oil. Grill the hot dogs, turning occasionally, until fully heated through and char marks appear, about 5-8 minutes. Place the hot dogs in buns. Top with chili, cheese, red onion and jalapeño. Serve.
