These mini crunch wraps offer a tasty twist on classic beef goodness. Ideal for those who crave a satisfying, on-the-go treat with the unmistakable taste of Williams. Unleash a fiesta of flavors in every bite with these handheld delights bursting with bold and irresistible flavors.
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 lb Ground beef
1 (8 oz) can Tomato sauce
1/2 cup Water
1 pkg Williams Tex Mex Chili Seasoning
6 (6-inch) Flour tortillas
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Guacamole, plus more for serving
6 small Round tortilla chips
1/2 small Head iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 large Tomatoes, diced
1 cup Sour cream
6 (4-inch) Flour tortillas
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until completely browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess oil.
Add tomato sauce and water and Williams Tex Mex Chili Seasoning to the skillet and simmer until reduced by half, about 10 minutes.
In the center of each tortilla, layer chili mixture, cheese and guacamole evenly. Top each with a tortilla chip. Layer lettuce, tomato, sour cream and small tortilla on top. Fold large tortilla up and around small tortilla.
Heat a large skillet, lightly greased with cooking spray, over medium-low heat. Working in batches, cook wraps, seam-side down until golden-brown, about 5 minutes flipping halfway through. Serve with additional guacamole.
Tip: If you cannot find 4-inch tortillas, double the amount of 6-inch tortillas in this recipe and cut off 2-inches from the outer edges!
