Looking for a burger that has all the great flavors of a sloppy joe without the mess? Try out this delicious recipe featuring our Williams Sloppy Joe Seasoning, perfect for everyone in the family.

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. Williams Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
6 toasted hamburger buns

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Measure out about 2 Tablespoons Williams Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix and sprinkle over meat. Mix well, then shape into 6 patties. Blend together remaining Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix, ketchup, vinegar and sugar. Heat grill to medium-high. Grill patties about 10 minutes or until done and meat thermometer registers 160°F, turning to brown evenly. Brush patties with sauce during last 2 to 3 minutes of cooking. Serve patties, topped with additional sauce, on toasted hamburger buns.
