This spicy chili mac combines ground beef chili made with Williams Original Chili Seasoning with elbow macaroni and melted cheese for the ultimate comfort food mashup. The original chili seasoning creates authentic spicy flavor while cheese binds everything into a creamy, satisfying dish perfect for feeding crowds.

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Heat oil in a large dutch oven or large pot over medium-high heat.
Add onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until completely browned, about 8-10 minutes.
Drain any excess oil.
Add tomato sauce, water, beans and Williams Original Chili Seasoning to the pot and simmer until reduced by half, about 15 minutes.
Mix together chili and macaroni until combined.
Transfer mixture evenly into a 9×13 casserole dish and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
