These bacon meatloaf sliders combine ground beef with Williams Meatloaf Seasoning and crumbled bacon, baked in muffin tins for perfectly portioned mini meatloaves. The meatloaf seasoning provides classic homestyle flavor while bacon adds smoky richness. Serve on slider buns with pickles and cheese for party-perfect comfort food.

Heat grill to Medium-High heat.
In large mixing bowl, combine Meatloaf Seasoning with water and jalapeno peppers.
Blend in ground chuck; shape into 12 patties. Grill patties 5 minutes.
Turn, and grill 5 more minutes or until meat thermometer registers 165º F and meat is no longer pink.
Mix barbecue sauce into mayonnaise, then spread on cut sides of buns.
Serve each patty on bun and top with lettuce, bacon, tomato, and sliced onion.
Makes 12 servings.
Good Idea: Sliders are fun and may be served as appetizer or main dish. If desired, shape into regular size patties, cooked as directed and serve on hamburger buns.
