This fiery steak recipe uses Williams Chili Seasoning with brown sugar and smoked paprika to create a spicy dry rub that caramelizes beautifully on the grill. Fiery Steak Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Williams Chili Seasoning, any flavor
  • 1 can beer (12 oz), at room temperature OR beef broth
  • 2 tbsp hot pepper sauce
  • 4 rib eye steaks, about 1-inch thick
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

How to make Fiery Steak Recipe

Mix Marinade

Combine Williams Chili Seasoning, beer and hot pepper sauce; stir well to blend.

Marinate Steak

Place steak in a resealable plastic food bag and pour beer mixture over to coat.

Refrigerate

Seal bag and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.

Heat Grill

Heat grill to medium heat.

Grill Steaks

Grill steaks about 6 to 8 minutes per side for medium doneness, or until done as desired, turning to brown evenly.

Season

Season with salt and pepper.
