This firecracker steak marinade combines soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and Williams Chili Seasoning with sriracha and rice vinegar for explosive flavor that tenderizes and infuses any cut of steak. The chili seasoning adds warmth while brown sugar creates beautiful caramelization on the grill. Perfect for fajitas, stir-fries, or Asian-inspired steak dinners.

Combine Williams Chili Seasoning, beer and hot pepper sauce; stir well to blend.
Place choice of meat in a re-sealable plastic bag and pour beer mixture over to coat.
Seal bag and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
Drain and discard marinade and cook meat as desired.
Good Idea: Try marinating some veggies in this for a couple hours; onions, zucchini, squash, bell peppers, eggplant, etc. Then grill away!
