This Tex-Mex steak marinade combines olive oil, lime juice, and Williams Taco Seasoning for bold Southwest flavor that tenderizes and infuses any cut of steak. The taco seasoning brings chili powder, cumin, and paprika while lime juice helps break down tough fibers. Perfect for fajitas, tacos, or grilled steak dinners.

Place steak in a re-sealable bag.
Combine all ingredients and pour over steak.
Seal and refrigerate, marinating up to 6 hours.
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Grill steaks about 18 – 20 minutes for medium doneness, turning midway through.
