Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to crumble; drain.
Stir in chili beans, diced tomatoes and green chilies, enchilada sauce, and Williams Chili Seasoning.
Simmer 3 to 5 minutes.

Add cheese and stir until melted and well blended. Serve in bowls.
