This chili burrito bake layers seasoned ground beef with Williams Chili Seasoning Mix, refried beans, and rice in tortillas, then tops with enchilada sauce and cheese for all the flavors of loaded burritos in a family-style casserole. Perfect for feeding a crowd with minimal assembly work.

Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet over medium heat until meat is brown, stirring to crumble beef; drain.
Add chili seasoning and tomatoes; simmer 10 minutes.
Arrange half of the tortillas in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
Top with half of refried beans, half of chili mixture, and half of cheese.
Repeat with remaining tortillas, beans, chili and cheese.
Bake in preheated 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
Cut in squares and garnish top with sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, olives and peppers.
