These mini beef crunch wraps use seasoned ground beef with Williams Tex Mex Chili Seasoning wrapped with crispy tostada shells and fresh toppings in flour tortillas, then pan-seared until golden for the perfect combination of soft and crunchy textures. The tex mex chili seasoning creates authentic Mexican flavor in perfectly portioned handheld packages.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook until completely browned, about 8-10 minutes.
Drain any excess oil.
Add tomato sauce and water and Williams Tex Mex Chili Seasoning to the skillet and simmer until reduced by half, about 10 minutes.
In the center of each tortilla, layer chili mixture, cheese and guacamole evenly.
Top each with a tortilla chip. Layer lettuce, tomato, sour cream and small tortilla on top.
Fold large tortilla up and around small tortilla.
Heat a large skillet, lightly greased with cooking spray, over medium-low heat.
Working in batches, cook wraps, seam-side down until golden-brown, about 5 minutes flipping halfway through.
Serve with additional guacamole.
Tip: If you cannot find 4-inch tortillas, double the amount of 6-inch tortillas in this recipe and cut off 2-inches from the outer edges!
