This sloppy joe casserole layers seasoned ground beef with Williams Sloppy Joe Seasoning, tomatoes, and corn under a golden cornbread crust that bakes right on top. All the sweet-tangy flavor of the classic sandwich in a family-style dish that serves eight with no mess and minimal cleanup.

Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a deep 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the beef and cook, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
Cook for about 5 minutes, until beef begins to brown.
Stir in onion and bell pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender and beef is fully cooked, about 5 minutes.
Add the tomato paste, water and Williams Sloppy Joe Seasoning.
Simmer over medium low heat for 10 minutes until flavors develop.
Transfer the sloppy joe mixture to prepared baking dish.
Prepare the cornbread mix batter according to the package directions.
Spread the cornbread batter evenly over the ground beef mixture.
Bake until golden-brown and a toothpick inserted into the center of the cornbread comes out clean about 20-30 minutes.
Allow to cool 15 minutes before slicing. Top with parsley and serve.
