This slow cooker pot roast combines chuck roast rubbed with Williams Chipotle Chili Seasoning, dried cranberries, and balsamic vinegar for a smoky-sweet flavor that cooks low and slow into restaurant-quality tenderness. The cranberries break down to create a rich sauce that makes this pot roast recipe special enough for company.
