These Swedish meatballs use Williams Meatloaf Seasoning with ground beef and pork in a rich cream sauce with dill and nutmeg for authentic Scandinavian comfort food. The meatloaf seasoning provides perfect herbs and spice balance while the cream sauce creates that signature tangy richness. Perfect over noodles or as elegant appetizers.

Preheat oven to 425°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, Williams Meatloaf Seasoning, egg, nutmeg and all-spice together in a large bowl until just combined.
Portion the mixture into 20 meatballs.
Place meatballs in an even layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake until golden-brown and fully cooked through. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Stir in the flour, and cook until no lumps remain, about 1 minute.
Whisk in the broth and heavy cream until combined.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt.
Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens, about 4-5 minutes.
Add the meatballs to the sauce.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve with the egg noodles.
