These taco paninis press seasoned ground beef made with Williams Tex Mex Chili Seasoning, black beans, and cheese between flour tortillas for crispy, melted Mexican fusion sandwiches. The tex mex chili seasoning creates authentic taco flavor while pressing concentrates the spices and creates irresistible crispy edges.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and cook until completely browned, about 8-10 minutes.
Drain any excess oil.
Add tomato sauce and water and Williams Tex Mex Chili Seasoning to the skillet and simmer until reduced by half, about 10 minutes.
Preheat a panini press to medium-high.
Meanwhile, spread mayose evenly onto one side of each slice of bread.
To build sandwiches, layer chili mixture and guacamole onto half of the bread slices.
Top evenly with cheese and remaining bread.
Grill each sandwich until the cheese has melted and bread is toasted, about 5-6 minutes.
