This cheesy crab dip combines sweet lump crab meat with cream cheese and Williams Chicken Chili Seasoning for a rich, hot appetizer with sophisticated flavor that feels elegant but comes together easily. The chicken chili seasoning adds subtle warmth that enhances the crab without overpowering its delicate sweetness.

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 cup of cheese, Williams Chicken Chili Seasoning and water in a large saucepan over medium heat.
Cook until cream cheese has melted and mixture is smooth, about 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and fold in crab meat
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and spread into an even layer.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted and dip is bubbling around the ed
ges, about 20-25 minutes.
Garnish with chives and serve.
Tip: If you cannot find lump crab meat, you can easily substitute with imitation crab meat or a less expensive back fin crab meat!
