These perfect potatoes au gratin layer thin-sliced potatoes with a creamy cheese sauce made from Williams Country Gravy Mix and heavy cream for restaurant-quality results with minimal effort. Melt butter or margarine in large skillet.
Add green onions and peppers.
Saute until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in parsley.
Add Country Gravy Mix and milk.
Heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and hot.
Stir in cheese and heat until melted.
Place potatoes in a buttered 3-quart casserole dish.
Pour gravy and cheese mixture over potatoes.
Bake at 350° F for 30 to 45 minutes.
