This street corn dip combines charred corn with mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and Williams Taco Seasoning for all the authentic flavors of Mexican elote in shareable dip form. The taco seasoning provides essential spice depth while charred corn creates smoky flavor that makes this addictive party appetizer.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onion, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Add corn and Williams Taco Seasoning and cook for an additional 5 minutes until corn is tender.
Add cream cheese and Greek yogurt and cook until completely melted.
Remove from heat and stir in lime juice.
Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and top with cheese and cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips.
