Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium high heat.
Add tortillas, onion, garlic and cilantro.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in tomatoes, chicken broth, Williams Taco Seasoning mix, cumin, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low.
Add zucchini and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Stir in cooked chicken and heat through.
Garnish with cheese and tortilla chips.
