1 lb Ground beef
1/4 cup Plain bread crumbs
1 pkg Williams Meatloaf Seasoning
1 large Egg
1/4 tsp Ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp Ground all-spice
2 tbsp Olive oil
3 tbsp All-purpose flour
2 cups Low-sodium beef broth
1 cup Heavy cream
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
1 (12-oz) pkg Egg noodles, cooked and drained
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix the ground beef, bread crumbs, Williams Meatloaf Seasoning, egg, nutmeg and all-spice together in a large bowl until just combined. Portion the mixture into 20 meatballs. Place meatballs in an even layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake until golden-brown and fully cooked through. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the flour, and cook until no lumps remain, about 1 minute. Whisk in the broth and heavy cream until combined. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt. Simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens, about 4-5 minutes. Add the meatballs to the sauce. Garnish with parsley. Serve with the egg noodles.
