Show your family some taco love by creating taco cups with ground beef flavored with any one of our Williams Tacos Seasonings. Make it fun for everyone by having an array of toppings for each person to customize their own.

Ingredients

6 flour tortillas, about 8-inch diameter
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 pkg Williams Taco Seasoning, any flavor
2/3 cup water
Shredded lettuce
Selected toppings, see below

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375° F. Spray a 6-cup muffin pan with nonstick spray coating. Press or fold a tortilla into each muffin cup. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.

Meanwhile cook ground beef and onion in large skillet over medium high heat until beef is browned; drain. Stir in Williams Taco Seasoning and water. Heat to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.

Fill each tortilla bowl about half full with shredded lettuce. Top with taco meat. Top with each family members choice of toppings, such as: chopped tomatoes, guacamole, salsa, sour cream, jalapeno peppers, olives and cheese.

Tip: The tortillas will fold more easily into the cups if you first warm each tortilla in the microwave oven, heating for just 15 to 20 seconds or until warm and pliable.
