These are sure to elevate your sandwich game! Each bite features a tantalizing blend of seasoned taco meat, melted cheese and zesty salsa pressed between golden, toasted bread.  Ideal for a quick, satisfying meal for your lunch or dinner menu.

Ingredients

1 tbsp Olive oil
1 lb Ground beef
1 (8 oz) can Tomato sauce
1/2 cup Water
1 pkg Williams Tex Mex Chili Seasoning
8 Sourdough bread slices
2 cups Guacamole
2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Mayonnaise

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until completely browned, about 8-10 minutes. Drain any excess oil.

Add tomato sauce and water and Williams Tex Mex Chili Seasoning to the skillet and simmer until reduced by half, about 10 minutes.

Preheat a panini press to medium-high. Meanwhile, spread mayose evenly onto one side of each slice of bread. To build sandwiches, layer chili mixture and guacamole onto half of the bread slices. Top evenly with cheese and remaining bread.

Grill each sandwich until the cheese has melted and bread is toasted, about 5-6 minutes.
