  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 small Red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup Canned black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (4.5-oz) can Diced green chilies, drained
  • 1 pkg Williams Tex-Mex Style Chili Seasoning
  • 1 cup (8 oz) Cream cheese, cut into cubes, room temperature
  • 2 cups Shredded pepper jack cheese, divided
  • 4 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 2 Green onions
  • Corn Tortilla chips, for serving

How to make Tex-Mex Style Cheesy Chili Dip Recipe

Preheat Broiler

Preheat oven to broil.

Heat Oil

Heat oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

Brown Beef

Add the beef and cook, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon.

Cook Until Golden
