Ingredients

2 tsp Olive oil
1 lb Ground beef
1 small Red bell pepper, diced
1 cup Canned black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (4.5-oz) can Diced green chilies, drained
1 pkg Williams Tex-Mex Style Chili Seasoning
1 cup (8 oz) Cream cheese, cut into cubes, room temperature
2 cups Shredded pepper jack cheese, divided
4 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 jalapeño
2 Green onions
Corn Tortilla chips, for serving

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to broil. Heat oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook, breaking up into small crumbles with a wooden spoon. Cook for about 5 minutes until light golden brown. Stir in the pepper and cook until tender and beef is fully cooked, about 3-4 minutes. Add the black beans, green chilies and Williams Tex-Mex Style Chili Seasoning and cook, stirring occasionally until hot. Stir in 1 cup cheese and cream cheese until combined, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove skillet from heat.

Top the chili mixture with the remaining cheese. Broil until the cheese is melted and light golden brown, about 1 minutes. Top with the bacon, jalapeño and green onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
