
Crumble and brown 2 lbs. ground beef in large skillet. Drain fat if desired.
Stir in 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce and 1 cup water or 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes.
Add 1 can (15 oz.) red, kidney, or pinto beans.
Blend in Chipotle Chili seasoning. Salt if desired.
Simmer 10 minutes or longer. Top with sour cream, cheese, onions, or guacamole. Ground pork or turkey may be substituted.
